Yes! All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes or white envelopes with a return address of "Shipping Department".
From the date item was delivered:
- Up to 7 days: We replace items that arrive broken or break within 7 days of delivery
- 8 to 30 days: We issue a 50% discount to repurchase the item
- 31 to 90 days: We issue a 25% discount to repurchase the item
*Please email kangguglass@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the broken piece, and photos of the carton, label and packing list if you have it
